Catering Guide

Below you will find guidance in planning your special event.  We offer menu suggestions for various types of occasions and details on our ordering procedures.  East Creek Catering will prepare innovative menus, to meet individual needs or to celebrate regional or international cuisines.  Our catering manager is available to assist you in planning and organizing your event as well.
 
 
POLICY, PROCEDURE & PRICING
 
Planning:
 
East Creek Catering requests that all your food arrangements be made as early as possible to enable us to procure menu items or specialities desired for the success of your event.  A ten day notice is requested for all functions.

Guarantees:
 
The tentative number of people to be served should be given to East Creek Catering at least seven working days prior to the function - final changes in your guarantee numbers no later than three working days before the function.
 
Delivery:
 
The minimum for food or beverage delivery catered will be determined per event.
 
Menu & Pricing:
 
Certainly, we can customize any menu and set-up can be enhanced to whatever degree the customer may desire.  Special needs such as flowers, linen, wait service, china service, and rental items are available.  Additional fees for these services will be discussed and arranged at the time the function is planned.
 
Pricing:
 
Pricing for all events include paper service.  Tents, china and any other rentals can be arranged for
an additional 10% fee.
 
Labor & Service Charges:
 
  -  On-site chefs, wait staff, servers and bartenders are charged at $18 per hour each, for the duration of the event.
  -  Travel, set up and tear down will be included in any estimate.
  -  A 9% meal and entertainment tax will be added to all catered events.
  -  A 1% city tax will be added to all catered events in the city of Rutland.A 10% liquor tax will be added to all bar
     services, with an additional 1% tax within the city of Rutland.

Gratuity:
 
East Creek Catering DOES NOT add a mandatory gratuity to catered events.
